If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. The Company stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email [and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at info@shanieusa.com to request that we remove this information from our database.


The referral program will access your web-based email service (currently limited to Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL). If you are not otherwise logged-in to the email service, it may ask you for your password in order to log in. Your password is not stored by either us or hosting company and is only transferred securely to your email provider in order to log in for the referral program to function. The referral program will access your contacts from your email program and may ask for your authorization to do so. No emails are sent to your contacts without your consent, as you must confirm to which email addresses you send a referral. If you return to Onyx Virtual Solutions Inc. at a later date and use the referral program again, your address book from your email service may still be visible without having to re-enter your login information. In the interim, your email was never used, or your contacts contacted by anyone without your consent. Use of your email service is also governed by your email provider’s Terms of Use and / or Privacy Policy.


We also display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information below.


Users of our Website are required to be at least 18 years old, and any user under 18 is not an authorized user. Additionally, if we learn that a user is under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information we have collected about that user.
